Which appliance brands does Expert Repair Company service?

Brand does not change how we work: a $99 diagnostic that is waived when you approve the repair, and a firm price before any part goes in. What brand changes is the parts. Samsung

Samsung is the single most common brand on our schedule. Typical calls: refrigerators that stop cooling in the fresh-food section while the freezer keeps working (usually a frosted evaporator or a failed defrost circuit), ice makers that freeze up, front-load washers with drain or spin errors (5E, OE, UE), and dryers that run but do not heat. LG

LG refrigerators with the linear compressor are a big part of our refrigerator work; many are covered by LG’s extended compressor warranty, and we will tell you if yours is before you pay for anything. Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana and JennAir

These share Whirlpool engineering and parts, which keeps repairs affordable and fast. Common jobs: dryers with a burned-out heating element or thermal fuse, top-load washers with a failed lid switch or actuator, dishwashers with a clogged pump or bad drain solenoid, and ovens with a failed bake igniter. GE, GE Profile, GE Café and Monogram

Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau

Bosch dishwashers are quiet and reliable but do fail in predictable ways: E24/E25 drain errors, heat pump failures and control modules. Thermador ranges and cooktops, and built-in refrigeration, are handled on the same $99 diagnostic; parts for these brands cost more, and we quote them before ordering.

Frigidaire, Electrolux and Kenmore

Frigidaire and Electrolux share parts, and most Kenmore appliances were built by Whirlpool, Frigidaire, LG or Samsung, so we can source the right part once we have the model number. Frigidaire dishwashers that stop draining and Frigidaire refrigerators with defrost failures are routine repairs.

Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Bertazzoni and ZLINE

Premium and pro-style appliances are welcome. Sub-Zero refrigeration (sealed-system and evaporator work, EPA 608 required), Viking and Wolf ranges (igniters, spark modules, oven sensors) and Bertazzoni and ZLINE ranges are repaired at the same diagnostic fee. Parts are ordered per model and can take longer; we tell you the lead time when we quote.

Speed Queen

Speed Queen washers and dryers are built for long service life and almost always worth repairing. Belts, idler pulleys, heating elements and timers are common jobs.

Call (279) 225-1050 with the brand and model number (usually on a sticker inside the door or on the back). If we can get parts for it, we repair it. Our services are the nine listed on this site; if yours is not on the list, ask when you call.
