Who is Expert Repair Company?
Expert Repair Company is a family-owned and operated appliance repair company based in Citrus Heights, CA, founded and led by Konstantin, an EPA 608 Certified appliance technician. The company is insured, so sealed-system work on refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers and commercial refrigeration units is done correctly and legally, and your home is covered while we work in it.
The way we work is simple: diagnose first, quote a firm price, then repair. The technician who diagnoses your appliance is accountable for the quote and for the finished job.
Expert Repair Company is based at 7906 Arcade Lake Lane in Citrus Heights, CA 95610, and works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What does “expert” mean in practice?
It means the appliance gets diagnosed before any part gets replaced, not the other way around. Konstantin tests the actual component, whether that is an evaporator fan, a drain pump, an igniter, a control board or a compressor start relay, before recommending a fix.
- The van is stocked. The parts that fail most often on refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ovens are carried on the van, so many repairs finish in one visit.
- Repair-versus-replace advice is honest. If a ten-year-old refrigerator needs a compressor and a new one costs about the same, you hear that plainly, not a sales pitch for the repair.
- The quote is firm before work starts. You approve a flat price for parts and labor before the technician touches the appliance. No surprise charges after the job is done.
The $99 promise
Every service call starts with a $99 diagnostic fee, $85 if you book online. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic is waived and you pay only the quoted repair price. Checking a second appliance on the same visit is $25. Every repair is covered by a parts and labor warranty of up to 90 days, and on some repairs an extended warranty can be offered. That is the full pricing structure, with no hidden travel charge anywhere in our service area.

Expert Repair Company serves Citrus Heights and the surrounding communities of Sacramento County and southern Placer County: Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks and Carmichael, along with Rancho Cordova, Antelope, North Highlands and Rocklin. Citrus Heights is home base, and most calls are within a short drive of the shop.
